PFER hit its 52-week low of $.141, only two days ago. The 52-week high of $15.12 was achieved this time last year. Also, this time last year PFER completed a 2:1 forward split. The float, according to Yahoo, is 20 million. However, it didn't take much volume to push it higher this morning. Trading higher today by $.06/ 40%.
