Michael,

Will you comment on options strategies and capital gains treatment? Do you try to manage transaction costs and short term capital gains, or is this not really a concern?

Also, do you tend to trade equities as readily as you would options. How do you feel about buy and hold approach and does it have a place in your strategies? Thanks.
