Gruetz--I actually told IR the same thing. The law permits them to preannounce (if they have the numbers), but under Reg FD they need to do so publically. However, it's generally not done. Otherwise, any wise ass from any 2 bit or less chop shop could force preannouncement by dropping a BS research note. Meanwhile, if it was all BS, I am definitely turning the SEC onto Kaufman. Smells funny to me!!!(JMHO)
