Penny Stock Gold Rush (http://www.pennystockgoldrush.com) and Wall Street West (http://www.wallstreetwest.com) are both good sources, offering selected penny stocks along with a website and email newsletter. The problem with most online newsletter sites is that the information is usually biased because of the fact that the sites have been paid by the companies (paid advertising). There is nothing inherently wrong with this, as that is often the only option tiny public companies have to get the word out about themselves (thanks to the lapse of coverage in the mainstream media) to investors.
