I was not a GNET holder, but everything I read says that Russ was a first rate bizman. Hate to lose a good one, in particular if the street thinks so too.

As for the house cleaning, I've seen it firsthand. A company with 9 billion in sales bought the last company I worked for. Our president was good, but it was about culture. Our guy didn't fit and it was painful for all to watch his role minimized. When your VPs don't HAVE to listen to you, well its time to leave. I wonder what it was like the last couple of months inside INSP.
