I gave my broker a buy order @30 about 1 wk or so ago just before INTC reported its earning --- it only made it to 30 for about 1 min since then and they weren't able to pull of my buy.

My broker still have my open buy @ 30 for INTC.

Obviously, I too believe it's a good buy there.
