FWLD signs Memorandum of understanding with Sinclair. biz.yahoo.com "On completion of a satisfactory due diligence, Sinclair and SulphCo will negotiate a formal business relationship whereby Sinclair will purchase the first production model and Beta test, with Bechtel Corporation, the SulphCo Technology and have a short term option to take a 15% equity stake in SulphCo's parent company, FilmWorld Inc." According to the CEO Mark Cullen the float is now 1.2mm with 400k being internally held by the company. Alex Walker, director and secretary of FWLD stated on Jan 12 that Sinclair would probably take 30 days to complete their dd. Might be interesting. TTTM
