. Looks to me like losses are increasing. Their profit comes from the footnote: (1) Excludes the effect of non-cash charges for (i) amortization of intangible assets, (ii) stock-based charges, (iii) in-process research and development, (iv) litigation settlement, and (v) other expense representing accretion of distribution obligation. I'm short to the hilt and I'm now thinking about going long. Their expenses to sales is going down dramatically. I actually like the site. I just bought a house and used it for everything including the move. Don't know how many $'s went their way but the Real Estate business is a big scam and it's needs streamlining big time. With their cash, book value and revenue it doesn't seem so absurd.
