Re: The Latest ALYD news

Dupont Contract
CSC (Computer Sciences Corp) was in the Dupont loop during the entire testing and evaluation phase. Although negotiations were ongoing, no final contract could be hammered out until the Dupont/CSC relationship was formally in place. This finally occurred on June 1st.

Common sense tells me that the more people involved in a negotiation, the longer it will take-- even when all parties agree in principle, as is the case here. Even after an agreement is reached, everyone has to agree on what information to release to the public, and how to word it. Therefore my own personal opinion is that we are talking July sometime.

For me, that timing is beneficial because rumor drives BB stocks, not news, and the Dupont relationship is well-documented already. The people that would most care about confirmation of revenue would be the NASDAQ watching fund managers, so why not give them a bone?

The NASDAQ listing
This is out of Alydaar's hands. They filed the necessary SEC documents and they are now just waiting for word. The estimate was and still is "the end of June", but the only people that know for sure work for NASDAQ. Just keep in mind that once NASDAQ says "yes", bingo, you're on-- i.e. no warning.

New Contracts
The most exciting stuff is what's in the pipeline. There a slew of high profile companies that not only have chosen Alydaar over a host of competitors, but are well along in contract negotiations. In other words, June may be a busy month.

And the best part is the names of these companies have not been mentioned on this thread and will represent revenue in addition to the $33M already announced!

Today's Closing Volume
As of this moment, I don't know. If anyone out there knows, feel free to post it here or e-mail me. I'll see what I can find out tomorrow before the open.
