Let's repeat the question. Do you believe that the US has a monopoly on religious zealots? What makes you think that non-US religious fanatics are any less inclined to sacrifice the lives of innocents for their cause? Why do you believe that such individuals would not, or could not, use ICBMs if they came to possess such weapons? Out of fear of death? Out of fear of killing hundreds, if not thousands, if not millions, as a result of their actions? What makes you believe that an individual, state or organization which has no qualms about placing a suitcase nuke in Times Square and murdering millions cares about bringing nuclear destruction upon millions by launching an ICBM?
