Wall of Confusion Remember that old 60s song, Wall of Confusion? That is what consumers are facing these days. What I keep reading is how there were so many new tech products that would need Sandisk flask products, what could go wrong? What is wrong, is that there has been a deluge of new gadgets come to market in recent years, many with competing technologies that confuse the general population. Remember the Beta video fiasco. Video machines didn't take off until there was a single format, but I digress. My point is this, only the most avid technophile is going to go out and buy every new gadget that hits the streets. Everyone else will scratch their heads and wait to see what the future brings. No wonder PCS phones, MP3 players, digital cameras, and everything else is suffering from the blahs. People had money, but they didn't know what to do with it. My wife bought me a digital camera and I took it back to the store. I prefer my old Nikon FE.
