Yes, if you assumed it was a Gore vote. Obviously, you can't do that. I just picked up on the comment because you had been speculating that we would see a large number of Bush-Gore double punches, indicating fraud. This comment indicates that this counter at least, didn't see any, but saw instead Gore-Buchanan double punches caused by the butterfly ballot confusion -- as you would expect from the previous evidence.
