Good morning Gladman, in the CC, the CEO of INFT disclosed that company insiders will be selling some company stocks soon. In all fairness they didn't sell when stock was at higher prices. Turns out, as he further stated, one of the reasons for upcoming liquidation of stocks is to cover margin. On the one hand, the company announces a share buy back program, on the other hand company officers will be selling their shares. As you know INFT is a relatively thinly traded, it'll be tough for insiders to sell. The buy back program might help to provide the needed liquidity.

Regards,

Tom
