Zeev, TSEM announced the closing of their financing today. So SNDK's cash payment will be reflected in the Q1 statements and TSEM shares on the balance sheet. Per cc, cash from operations was $49M. Cash outlay on FlashVision was $97.8M.

On inventory, yes there are two components: what SNDK has and what customers have. The OEMs are more of a problem than the retailers.

I think one of the issues is the difference between digicam and non-digicam OEMs. Digicams are usually sold with minimal-size cards. But MP3 players need more memory to be useful and require larger cards. The same might apply to advanced cell phones. Digicam sales were strong, but MP3 players and cellphones were weaker. The net effect on inventories was higher than the unit numbers alone might have suggested.
