Sure is. Downside target would be 45-55. A broker with integrity!!! PMC-Sierra (PMCS) 95 7/8: Salomon Smith Barney lowers 2001 earnings estimate to $0.88 from $1.77 after company issued in-line Dec. results, but issued a "very bleak" outlook for March; says considering where stock is likely to open this morning, firm is maintaining its BUY rating.... PMCS shares indicated at $61 in pre-market, off 36% from yesterday's close.
