Eric, I just listened to Openwave's CFO talking about their market opportunities and the two new big wins with China Mobile and KDDI. biz.yahoo.com In it he says they have the "majority share" of the mobile messaging market. He also says that one of the significant things about the KDDI deal is that it is for services planned both for 2.5G and for their upgrade to 3G. After the April report on Phone.com you expressed concern that Phone.com's window of opportunity with WAP might be a short one. Do you see the changes that have been made since the merger to have positioned Openwave better or are you as concerned about that window now? I'm still unclear about what Openwave's role in 3G will be (I thought WAP would no longer be very necessary in 3G. Susan
