If you want CSCO to buy back stock, then you probably have a little bit of a wait. A company that does a pooling of interests acquisition must wait a year after the deal closes until they can do stock buy backs. And I haven't been keeping close track of CSCO's recent purchases, but my guess is that one or more of them have been poolings of interests.
