the market is rallying due to Alice Rivlan's comments that cnbc verified........she says the FED will cut the Fed
Funds by 50 basis points.

she's a former FED Gov and is not voting this time.

my little wave read of the NASD short term was looking for a rally towards 2775-2800 this afternoon, poss. into
Monday...but the short term changes quickly -g-

the hot money moved into the usual type names on the Rivlan news, BRCD, NTAP,BRCM etc.
