Great trades....as usual!

Something other than tech stocks.....check out TMR, ENE, CHK, PDE...and a small company ROYL. I have been building a position in these on days that they are trading down. Victor mentioned some of the energy related stocks quite awhile ago....and now that I have a more diversified portfolio, I notice that on the days the tech stocks are selling off the energy related stocks are usually doing well.

The California energy crisis has been making me more aware of the potential for some of these companies....even though some are near their highs. These stocks are usually considered cyclical stocks....but IMO this year may be different, as more and more people become aware of the shortages we face. Other areas of the country IMO are also vulnerable to energy related problems....either due to shortages, or poorly managed utility companies that serve their area.

ROYL is not a good trading stock since the trading volume is so low....but I like the idea that the company is exploring for natural gas in California. Another stock that I follow and own is JNIC ......it tends to be heavily shorted at times, so it is volatile.

I now owe some companies that have a P/E and some that pay a dividend.....although most of my portfolio is tech related!
