I wonder how far on the margin it would be. Business practices are very different in China and it is a communist country, the ministry of devaluing money is not too far removed from the ministry of spending money on telecom infrastructure buildout.

If I am China and I am looking to buy a telecommunications box from somebody in the U.S.. wouldn't I want to do it before the money is devalued? Basically, more bang for the buck?

I am asking and speculating....I won't pretend to know the ramifications of devaluing money.
