It appears to me as if we are starting to see more and more of those "tell me what to do" questions around here...as well as giddy excitement over positive stock movements. I don't know what the hell that means, but being the nose around here I must say that it is becoming disturbing.

Rule 1: Make your own investment decisions. Only you know your risk tolerance and what you can afford to lose. If you read here that Ruffian is buying a load of Feb calls, do you find yourself thinking of doing the same? What about Mike? What about Spud? What about Ibexx? If one of these folks has a 10 million dollar portfolio or throws five grand out on a crap table in Vegas...and your total portfolio is less than $25,000...should you be following them?

2. When you start counting your money and feeling good about your stocks and posters here start talking about never being able to buy QCOM in the 70's again...it is time to get worried.
