Scanner problem;
I am having a problem using my scanner. Its a HP4200.
It tells me that there is another program accessing my scanner and I must close that program before I can use my scanner. Problem is, I have no idea what program is interfering with it. I have done everything under the sun to try and fix this problem and nothing works.
Here is something weird, the other day I used the scanner after re-booting but today I have tried rebooting several times but it still doesn't work.

Anyone else have scanner problems?
