PSGR has been retained by Wall Street West Communications, LLC for investor relations services on behalf of EBNK. Of the 150,000 shares provided in the total contract, PSGR will receive a total of 75,000 shares for services rendered. The other 75,000 shares will be used to compensate Wall StreetWest.com, Inc, the current owner of the Wall Street West website. These shares are also for investor relations services rendered on behalf of EBNK. PSGR will receive 25,000 shares of the initial lot of 50,000 shares. Wall Street West.com will receive the other 25,000 shares. Users of DATA should assume that PSGR and/or the affiliates will sell these securities simultaneously to the transmission of DATA . Said selling could cause a decline in the security price.

IIMC- The editor of PSGR received compensation for IIMC while at Wall Street West. Where applicable, PSGRcould be substituted for WSW in the following details of the compensation: On or about February 14, 2000, Wall Street West entered into an Investor Relations Work Agreement with, Internet Multi-Media Corp., which was known as Millennia Corporation. Said Agreement was for a duration of 90 days and began on January 14, 2000 and expired April 14, 2000. Pursuant to the contract WSW received 150,000 shares of free-trading stock that was sent via DTC to WSW. WSW had previously discussed MNIA before any intent or knowledge of the forthcoming execution of said Work Agreement. WSW may sell the shares at anytime including immediately following this transmission. USER SHOULD ASSUME THAT WSW IS SELLING ITS STOCK AND SELLING WILL OCCUR SIMULTANEOUS TO THIS TRANSMISSION AND THAT SELLING COULD DEPRESS THE PRICE OF THE STOCK.

In addition, PSGR has purchased 150,000 shares of IIMC on the open market. USER SHOULD ASSUME THAT PSGR IS SELLING ITS STOCK AND SELLING WILL OCCUR SIMULTANEOUS TO THIS TRANSMISSION AND THAT SELLING COULD DEPRESS THE PRICE OF THE STOCK.

HFCI- PSGR has been compensated 50,000 shares of free trading HFCI stock. Lions Capital has provided these shares to PSGR in exchange for the provision of investor relations consulting services for HFCI for a period of sixty days. Users of DATA should assume that PSGR will sell these securities simultaneously to the transmission of DATA . Said selling could cause a decline in the security price.

STWW- PSGR has NOT received any compensation for coverage of STWW. PSGR recently purchased 260,000 shares of STWW on the open market at an average price of .15. At the time of this publication, the shares are still held.

GDOL- The editor of PSGR was previously the editor of Wall Street West and did receive compensation for GDOL while at WSW. Where applicable, PSGR could be substituted for WSW; in the following details of the compensation: On or about October 27, 1999, WSW entered into two separate Agreements with Goldonline International, Inc. and Sanibel Capital Corporation, pursuant to which WSW will provide its investor relations/marketing services. Said Agreements enabled WSW to purchase free-trading shares of GDOL at a discount to the current market value. The Goldonline International Work Agreement allows the following purchases: WSW has purchased 5,000.00 Units, at $ 1.00 per unit, for a total of $ 5,000.00, as defined in the Regulation D, Rule 504 Offering. Each unit contains four-common shares and one warrant. Said warrants have an exercise price of $ .50 per share and allow for the purchase of 8 shares. Therefore, WSW received 20,000 shares of stock valued at approximately $ 15,000.00 when the Agreement was executed. Also, with this initial purchase, WSW has received 5,000 warrants. This gives WSW the right, but not the obligation to purchase 40,000 additional common shares at $ .50 per share. Based on the day the Agreement was executed this would create an additional $ 10,000 net profit to WSW if warrants were exercised and sold at the then bid price of $ .75. The Sanibel Agreement provides WSW the following option: WSW may purchase an additional 10,000 units of GDOL at $ 1.00 per unit. Said units contain 4 shares of common stock and 1 warrant. Each warrant allows for the purchase of 8 common shares of stock for $ .50. Said purchases will be at a discount to the current market value of the stock. Update: On or about December 10, 1999, WSW purchased from Sanibel Capital corporation, 10,000 additional units of GDOL for $ 10,000. This included 40,000 free-trading shares and 10,000 warrants. On or about February 4, 2000 WSW exercised 2,500 warrants through Goldonline International for $ 10,000. Thus, WSW has purchased an additional 20,000 shares at the warrant price of $ .50 per share. On or about February 23, 2000 WSW exercised 2,500 additional warrants through Goldonline International, Inc. for the price of $ 10,000.00. Thus WSW has purchased an additional 20,000 shares at the warrant price of $ .50 per share. Users of DATA should assume that WSW will purchase additional units of GDOL, as well as exercise warrants, and sell shares simultaneous to DATA transmission. Said selling could cause a decline in the security price. The market value of the stock and warrants owned by WSW shall fluctuate with daily market activity.
