Stock traded as high as just under $93 pre-split. Never rely upon anything on Yahoo. Its free, which means the info there is unreliable and often out of date. Shares outstanding are shares issued and outstanding, meaning they haven't been repurchased as treasury stock. When LE exercises his stock options, though issued, I don't believe they become "outstanding" until Larry sells.
