Re: like your DDR SMP AMD servers that were due in stores near us LAST AUGUST?

Like the 1.13GHZ PIII and the Itanic, also due last August. But there is an important difference here - AMD doesn't ship crap. If there is a problem with a product, AMD fixes it first, or cancels the product's introduction.

Meanwhile, Intel sells garbage to its customers, like the data corrupting 1.13GHZ PIII, PCI incompatible P4s, and 50,000 Itanic "preview" systems that run at the speed of Pentium 200s. Those 50,000 Itanics were sold to gullible suckers - just because the product wasn't officially released doesn't mean Intel didn't swindle its unfortunate victims. Sooner or later, these buyers will start to learn some lessons.

When AMD releases its SMP systems, their customers can be confident that they will be buying reliable, good performing products.
