from rubino's column at tsc on insider activity. looked like it might belong on your list. glanced at the chart and didn't get too excited. don

"At wireless gear maker Remec (REMC:Nasdaq - news), the CEO and a senior vice president have bought a combined 120,000 shares in the past 45 days. According to InsiderScores, these were the first big insider buys in Remec in nearly a year, and the first time multiple execs have bought in since 1996."

"Remec's stock hit an all-time high of $38 in June 2000 before tanking. It bounced a little, along with most other tech stocks, in the January rally, but is still down 60% from its high. The company is debt-free, with about $138 million in cash. A proposed takeover of an Asian company just fell through, but if management is still in an acquisitive mood, it should find plenty of bargains in this market."
