In the 70s and 80s there was a show on tv called, "All In The Family." The hero was a guy named Archie Bunker. "What is your solution to air-craft high jacking?" Archie's response: Arm all passengers! According to the UK's The Guardian (01/13/01) in a Special report: George W Bush’s America, John Ashcroft "has been linked to an extremist pro-gun lobbying group [Gun Owners of America (GOA)] which believes that the answer to America’s school shootings is to allow pupils to be armed in the classroom."
