I am not a shareholder, but have been watching this closely. I have a
couple of comments, unbiased by ownership.
-I find a 1-2 months delay in complete results astounding for a company
this size, especially since this SEC issue has been around for quite a
while already. It makes me wonder if the company was stonewalling the SEC
and hoping the problem would go away.
-Frankly, an extra $14 million to keep the chairman of the acquired company
on board is very strange, relative to the purchase price and in absolute
terms. (Old news I presume)
-The revenue growth outlook seems cloudy.
-I would suspect that this turn of events would be a turnoff to any
institution who did not own it, but was thinking of buying.

However, of such misfortunes are made opportunities to make real money in
the stock market. I would appreciate any comment as to where this stock
would be an irrestible buy, considering all these issues. (A long term
chart might suggest $12-16 if people really walked away.)

I feel sorry for all the folks who have been "bagged" so far. I have
only narrowly escaped as I am a strong believer in following significant
insider buying, which attracted me to this one.
