 YES IT IS!

A HP 932 printer is $200 and will print an 8x10 that will equal any retail photomat print! Of course the person taking the picture has to know how to take a good picture which may explain why your color picture doesn't do shuch a hot job! And the paper will cost you around 25 cents.
