I saw a segment on one of the news programs this week about this very topic. It seems that the new drug regimes have led a number of gay men to believe that the disease is now manageable and that they can live an O.K. kind of life even if infected. An interview with a gay man on the new drugs made it quite clear the disease manages you and that it's not O.K.
