NASD WAS AT 700 IN 1995!! I find this discussion about 1500 a joke! MM= MARKET MANIPULATORS! and the Fund managers need the public to believe we are going higher, but in actuality many should look at what happened to the Japanese market as a good example of what will happen to the NASD!

We are currently trading at a 100PE on the NASD 100, and most of those stocks have pe's over 200. In 1995 the pe on the nasd 100 was under 50!!!!

We are currently in an enviroment where earnings are compressing and growth is slowing, in the past we had an economy that was growing and with it came EXPANDING EARNINGS so this equates to a NASD in the range of 1200-1600 at a MAXIMUM LEVEL!! The big question is what takes us lower and it will be 3 factors over the next 2 months;

1. TELECOM and CSCO's earnings and outlook

2. The fed only giving us .25 next week.

3. The earnings warning season in mid feb to early march!

Happy shorting folks!!
