Hi Carolyn,

Mebbe' this will tell you something ~

Hit the Windows key + pause, that'll take you to System Properties,

click on Device manager tab, that will give you a list,

click on System Devices, and you'll get another list,

click on System Speaker, then drop down to Properties and click that,

That will give you three tabs in re: Speaker properties ~
