I would say no. For the time being! I have noticed some «map staking» up there (unfortunately the GESTIM system is not very reliable right now) and I am sure some deals will be made soon.

In fact, most of the juniors with deep pockets do not explore in Québec. They prefer to be «under the sun» or in foreign countries. Those exploring here must rely on flow through, small PP and options or warrants. Only VIA is sitting on a large piggy bank!

So lot of ground is available for prospectors, but making a deal for further exploration is more difficult.
