RSE Telecom Services Q4 Preview listed only LVLT as Strong Buy. Buys included ALGX, MFNX, XOXO, WCII & CWCI. TGNT is LT Atrractive. ARTT & GTS are Market Performers. RSE estimates XOXO & WCII as funded into and thru Q102 respectively, TGNT till YE01 with need to show investors both ability to raise more capital and execute recently restructured biz plan, and estimates ARTT capital need as still Q201 with concern including lack of significant contracts, meaningful revenue till later in year as well as current market environment. RSE report dated 1/25 and all but ARTT are listed as speakers at RSE Tech conference Feb 12-15.
