Hi cmgibubba. Envoy Communications ECG on TSE

stockcharts.com[W,A]DACLYIMY[DC][PB10!B50!B200!H.02,.20][VC60][IUD20!UB14!LA12,26,9!LP14,3,3!LC20]

Mostly, I haven't been posting anything about ECG for one reason.

The volume has been too low to try to extrapolate a trend from, IMO.

I have a huge position in this stock.

On StockHouse I post as Ulysses.
It was me wondering whether those million share trades of ECGI were double counting (one million bought, one million sold) or really two million. Either way, it was an interesting development.

From the chart, if we disregard the pathetic volume;

MACD histogram went positive at the end of (tax loss season) December.
Since then, the MACD momentum lines have been in a fairly solid looking uptrend and are just now crossing the zero line. A buy signal?

Stochastic, too, has been in a nice uptrend for the same period.
Now Stochastic is giving the dreaded sell signal.
In this case, I have chosen to ignore the sell signal for now.

CMF has once again gone negative.

CCI is signalling overbought, and CCI has been fairly reliable in forecasting this stock.
I am ignoring this signal as well.

So, there goes my discipline, all to hell.

Remember, this interpretation is based on very light volume.

IMO, light volume makes a chart less reliable.
