It IS possible that one can be in such denial. Was she obese by any chance? Or a little on the large side? That would help with the denial. Super religious? That would give more impetus to the denial. Boyfriend in the picture? Did she also deny having had sex? In that case, it could be one of those immaculate conceptions. Finally, you stated that she was a college coed. Did she attend USC by any chance? They tend to not be too bright (Apollo can attest to this...he went there).
