I'm sick and tired of waiting for Amzn to report a profit.
I'm sure given enough time, and they don't run out of cash... they will.

Please explain how. I cannot create a business model even close to what they have that can come close to turning a profit. That is even using the best case scenerio such as almost no price sensitivity and a lot of need for other firms to outsource their e-commerce similar to the TOYs deal. I still do not know the details of the TOY deal and I have a suspicion that the cost of maintaining the toy part of the site, additional staffing to fulfill the toys for shipping and various other issues exceeded the revenue Amazon received. I do see TOY as the winner here until Amazon folds. Then TOY will have to do it themselves again which I am sure they can eventually get a handle on it.

I do not see any other major retail making the same deal with Amazon as did TOY. It is been six months since the last deal was announced and no additional similar deals have been announced. Most traditional retailers handled their on-line presence reasonably well this year. There are problems to be correct that is for sure.
