And, given that the definition of "most" includes the possibility that "most" (in this case) actually means "all except one" ... It is possible that EVERY telecommunications company on the face of planet Earth -- except Nokia -- has already approached Qualcomm ... But, Qualcomm does not want to let Nokia know just how stupid they are being, for holding back. Jon.
