Fuchi,
I'm playing with power! I have a cyrix p-166 +. Remember I had a problem with 2x75, well that is what I'm typing with right now! I've been playing with different ram combinations and settings and now have one that works!

interesting stuff
I have
-1 32meg sdram dimm made by nec(10 ns)
-2 16 meg simms made by seimens and noname

I've been trying out the "table free" feature on the pcchips mb and here is what I've found

1.I cannot run any combination of simm and dimm! dissappointing thus I can only use 32 meg of my 64 at one time.

2.I cannot overclock with the sdram, but i can with my junk memory?

my bios says I have a p-200+ !

the sdram has been disappointing as far as overclocking, I expected it to work no problem, I was very shocked to find that my normal simm overclocked fine. hopfully the sdram will work better with the m2. I believe I can tell the difference between using the sdram and simm under normal conditions(sdram faster). I would like to do some benchmarking, what do you recommend using for this(freeware/shareware preferably)?

mike...taking big steps for nonnerds everywhere
