The $200k included $190k in gifts (extortion, bribes?) that the two of them received during their "most ethical administration" ever. What has not yet been mentioned in the mainstream media is the plundering of Air Force One after Clinton was no longer President. He was allowed a traditional free flight home, and as is their nature, they allowed (if not encouraged and likely ordered) the plane stripped of practically everything with a Presidential Seal on it. Including the toilet paper! When are the left wingnuts going to stop adoring this puke of a couple?
