Sam Stovall of S&P often plots 9-Month MA on 12-Month RS for a sector. See businessweek.com 1 Year is 252 days, 9-Month is 189 days. A close approximation can be displayed for each Fidelity Select Fund using TC2000 for Mutual Funds. A 50-Day MA on RS is a very good indicator for Fidelity Select Fund.
