I wonder whose next? If they want to get into the thin-film rate controlling biz, I know of at least a couple companies who would be interested in controlling 3 or 4 simultaneous sources from one box <g>. Maybe MKSI should buy Sycon... Sycon just acquired a company that makes atomic absorption rate controllers.
