We ate at Scholl's Cafeteria once, and I thought it was just OK. But I grew up in Baton Rouge, the home of Piccadilly Cafeterias. Steam table food is usually overcooked, but most Piccadillys do enough volume to keep the food fresh.

P.S. Piccadilly Expresses don't count - has to be full service.
