comicfarce - if anybody tries to violate you, forget about Kung Fu attacks to the groin or knees unless you know what you are doing, it won't work. Guns and knives often are used against you. Put all your fear, anger and adrenalin into one punch to the throat. A forward or backward elbow jab if you are close enough will also work.

The best exercises for defending yourself is Qi Gung.

Mace works but a big can of bear spray is better.
