PHO: I like PHO a lot, but they become too much mechanized... The beef is thinned sliced by machine and kept in the refrigerator maybe for overnite. By the time they serve it, the meat is NOT tasty and juicy. So I prefer home made PHO by my wife: either beef or chicken PHO. We venture and try out all kind of food and enjoy the food and different cuisines a lot. One day we went into a Malaysian restaurant in NYC, corner of 8th avenue and 52th street for Malaysian banana leaf chicken grills. We were in at 11:30 AM and the food was served at 1:00 PM. Very slow service... PS we have chicken PHO for lunch tomorrow.
