flapjack, First of all, consider your source. The Washington Post. Hardly an objective newspaper. Then look at the article itself. "Some maintained that phones, and computers, had been disabled." Hardly a statement one can sink his teeth into. "Maintaining" means the same thing as "saying", no where near proving. Nothing about actually cutting cables, either. Disabling, is usually used to describe disconnecting something, by doing something as simple as pulling a plug.
Even a biased media source, did not come up with spray painted walls, or vulgar messages, or lewd photographs in printers. I didn't say anything about $200,00.00, and would not tender a guess as to the cost of the damage, but you can't spin the truth into making it look like what the Bush people did, was anywhere close to the mess the Clinton crew left.
