Dan, It will be interesting to see how many spoiled Bush ballots were counted despite their errors. The percentages make it pretty clear that two standards were applied. According to the Supreme Court of the US, that is illegal. Scalia has a responsibility now to throw out the election results, based on his earlier decision.
