Since neither of us witnessed the so-called damage, and since no one on GWB's staff has released a damage list, all we can do is speculate. I would hazard a guess that the hooliganism of '93 = what happened in '01. It was 99% harmless stuff ... jokes, etc., but the Bush partisans saw an opportunity to overstate their case and slam Clinton one last time.
