I had the same problem as you. A totally undecipherable e-mail. I DLed the qCharts version by looking back on a very old e-mail that had the URL on it. The new interface doesn't have ECN access either nor an "advanced order" checkmark on the preferences. The manual says Cyber will decide whether or not you are advanced enough to graduate from CyberExchange order.

What planet are these folks on? Do I have to beg for access? Does writing a 500-page book on trading make me "a suitable candidate" to place an order through ISLD. Geez.
