Could it be the sitch in Iraq? Saddam is sick and the power struggle is in the open. Lots of weird stuff can happen with that kind of turmoil. Could be...or maybe XOM has decided to bring all those tankers they have been holding offshore to port. :-) Don't laugh... it would not be the first time. Monty
